Move your feet.

Just 30 minutes of exercise a day can improve your heart health, strengthen your bones, get rid of extra body fat, and make your muscles stronger and more durable.”

When you go to the grocery store next time, park farther away from the entrance. This short walk can help you reach your daily goal. Now, keep doing the same route over and over. Your body will start to change before too long. Suppose you’d rather stay inside and put on a workout video with low-impact moves. And get moving.

The best way to get some exercise in the evening is to take a short walk after dinner. Walk around the block. Turn left, walk one block, and then turn left again. Make one square. Over time, you can walk around the block two or three times. Almost anything helps. 

Soak up some sun.

Instead, raise your chair or table so you can see the screen straight on. Also, it’s best to take a short break every few hours to stretch and drink some water. Take a walk during one of the breaks to get some exercise and vitamin D.


Every body part must be stretched daily, from your fingers to your toes. When you sit still for a long time, your body parts tend to stiffen up because they don’t get enough oxygen.

Every time you take a breath, let go of the day. Then, take one last breath to clear your mind. Amazingly, this small thing helps you sleep better and gives your mind a break so you can prepare for the next day. Tomorrow is a new day, so get up and be ready to face it.
